Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience working in healthcare settings (hospital, LTC, etc.)
- Relevant certification and qualifications for the role applied for
- Passion for patient care and promoting independence and well-being
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
- Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (asset)
- Access to a smartphone for scheduling and clock-in/out systems
- Two to three professional references
- Additional language skills are considered a strong asset
